Do we pay for each user?

No. Unlimited authorized users are included. Add staff with the appropriate roles and permissions without a per-user software charge.

Is there a storage tier or per-gigabyte fee?

No. Unlimited case storage is included for your photos, documents, and case records. There are no storage tiers or per-gigabyte overage charges.

Are these product topics different editions?

No. “Your office,” “Find & navigate,” “Write & review,” and “Follow through” organize the product tour. They are not separate paid editions. Contact us for pricing for your office; integration projects are reviewed for their own scope and third-party requirements.

Can our forms and case screens fit our office?

Quick Entry fields, case tabs, their order, and configured fillable PDF forms can be arranged around your office’s information needs. Show us your forms during a demonstration so we can discuss the configuration.

What if we already have another system or years of records?

We start by reviewing your current system, the records involved, and available export formats. Migration scope, timing, and any source-system limitations need to be agreed before a transition; a complete import is not assumed from a product demonstration.

Can our IT team review access and technical requirements?

Yes. Bring your technical questions and requirements to a discussion with Coroner Files. We can review role-based access and the information your office needs to assess the system, without assuming a certification or integration that has not been confirmed.
